Plastic Surgeon Guy Morton is engaged to fellow Holby City doctor Victoria Merrick (Lisa Faulkner). When she discovered his drugs addiction, instead of standing by her man through rehab, she broke off the engagement.  

Tabloid fodder ran wild when Victoria was found fatally stabbed in her flat after a one-night stand with Doctor Alex Adams. The cafe gossip suggested that Guy used his plastic surgery skills to end Victoria's life.  

But despite everyone's initial assumption that Guy had killed Victoria in a lover's revenge for returning his engagement ring, the Yard had another suspect...and he worked alongside Victoria. The Yard started questioning Doctor Alex Adams about the murder--who was Victoria's one night stand. Alex wasn't happy to be a suspect and when he runs across Guy in the locker room, punches start flying.
